RETURNS POLICY

We are excited that we can provide you with custom prints! However, for this reason, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or returns on any product.

We will replace any incorrect, damaged and defective items within 30 days of the date of receipt if the items are approved for a replacement. 

Please follow the below instructions to start the replacement process:

Email a digital photo of your incorrect, damaged and defective item to  contact@jibeprints.com. If the shipping box was also damaged, please include a photo of the box as well. Please include your order information and a brief description of the damages or reason why the items are incorrect. 

You will receive an email within 48 hours outlining the process to receive your replacement.
