Starting The New Year With Gratitude
Gratitude is the key to a happy and successful life. It's a great way to start a new year!
It doesn’t cost you anything but there is so much to gain. Many successful people practice gratitude daily and they believe that gratitude opens the door to abundance. This 5-minute daily habit has the power to positively impact your mindset and your ability to achieve the life you want.
"Be thankful for what you have; you’ll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don’t have, you will never, ever have enough." - Oprah Winfrey
Beginning of a new year is an especially good time to practice thankfulness. Gratitude cultivates positivity and opens your mind to all of the blessings currently in your life. And you need this mindset to plan your next year and to help you focus on what’s important to you and what you want more of in your life.
That is why, starting January 1st, 2018 I will be using the 31 Days Of Thankfulness sheet to mark down all that I am grateful for EVERY. SINGLE. DAY! And I invite you to do the same :)
If this is the first time you are taking up a challenge like this, know that I'm doing this with you... and it's my first time too! And hopefully, there are many others. I'll be sharing my journey with #31DaysToBeThankful on Instagram and I invite you to do the same. Join me! Be my partner in gratitude!
“Happiness is itself a kind of gratitude.” — Joseph Wood Krutch
